Within thirty (30) days of purchase , we will accept returns of :
complete ThinnyHairHolder® Units that have never been opened in any manner.
ThinnyHairHolder® is a hair accessory that is worn in human hair and as such, for regulatory and other sensible reasons, we cannot accept for return, any ThinnyHairHolder® Unit that has been even partially opened.
If you desire to return a complete ThinnyHairHolder® Unit that has never been opened, you may send your return to:
